AutoLetter operates with a pure pay-per-letter model. This means you only pay for letters that are actually sent. There is no monthly base fee, no setup costs, and no minimum order. The price per letter depends on four factors that you set when creating the campaign.
The number of pages is the most important price factor. AutoLetter supports letters with 1 to 16 pages. More pages mean higher printing and postage costs.
You can have your letters printed either in color or in black-and-white (B&W).

Prices for Germany and International are shown separately in your dashboard. German letters are marked with a green label, international letters with a blue label.
When you create a campaign, AutoLetter shows you a price preview in the campaign wizard. There you see the estimated price per letter based on your selected settings (page count, color, print mode, delivery region). This way, you know exactly what the campaign will cost before you start.

Start new campaigns with a small budget and a limited audience. Once you see the results and are satisfied, you can increase the budget and reach at any time.
