AutoLetter sends letters via DHL. For legal reasons, only German addresses are permitted as sender addresses. If you do not have your own German address, you can use AutoLetter's partner address.
Navigate to "Sender Addresses" in the sidebar. Here you will see an overview of all previously created addresses as well as KPI cards showing the total number and the number of active addresses.
Click the "New Sender Address" button or the plus icon to open the form for creating a new address.
Enter the name that should appear as the sender on the letter. This can be your company name, your personal name, or a department name.
