A secure password protects your AutoLetter account and with it all your campaigns, customer data, and billing information. In this article, you will learn how to change your password and what to keep in mind.
The password change option is only available to users who registered with email and password. If you signed up via Google OAuth, your password is managed by Google -- there is no password option in AutoLetter in that case.
Click on your user profile at the bottom of the sidebar to access your profile settings.
Scroll to the "Password" or "Security" section in your profile settings. Here you will find the option to change your password.
Enter your current password to verify your identity. This is a security measure that prevents unauthorized people from changing your password.
Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again. Make sure your new password meets the security requirements.
Click "Save" or "Change Password." You will receive a confirmation that your password has been successfully updated. You will use the new password for your next login.

Use a password manager to generate and securely store a strong, unique password for AutoLetter. That way, you do not have to remember the password while also increasing the security of your account.

The password reset link is only valid for a limited time for security reasons. If it has expired, simply request a new one.
