The customer overview is your central hub for all customer data in AutoLetter. Here you can see at a glance how many customers you have, how your customer base is developing, and which customers are the most valuable. All data is automatically aggregated from your connected shops and data sources.
At the top of the customer overview, you will find four KPI cards that give you an instant overview of your customer base:
Use the KPI cards as a quick check before launching a new campaign. A high repeat buyer rate indicates a loyal customer base -- perfect for upselling campaigns.
Below the KPIs, you will find the customer table with seven sortable columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | First and last name with avatar image. For customers without a name, the email address is displayed. |
| The customer's email address. | |
| Company | The company name, if available. |
| Location | City and country with country flag. |
| Orders | Number of orders as a badge. |
| LTV | Lifetime value -- the total revenue from this customer. |
| Last order | Date of the last order. |
Below the name, the sources are displayed as small shop badges (e.g., "Shopify", "Billbee", "CSV"). This way, you can immediately see which integration a customer came from.
If a customer has scanned a QR code on an AutoLetter letter, you will see a blue QR icon next to their name. Hover over it to see the scan date as a tooltip. This lets you identify directly in the table which customers have responded to your letters.
The search field above the table simultaneously searches across name, email, company, city, country, and shop. The search reacts with a short delay of 300 milliseconds, so it only searches once you pause typing. You do not need to press the Enter key -- results update automatically.
The search works across all connected data sources. You can find customers imported via CSV or created through the API as well.
Click on a column header to sort the table by that column. Clicking again reverses the sort direction. By default, the table is sorted by LTV in descending order, so your most valuable customers appear at the top.
At the bottom of the table, you can adjust the number of customers displayed per page. You can choose between 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries per page. Use the forward and back buttons to navigate between pages.
Click on a customer in the table to open their detailed customer profile. There you will find contact details, order history, statistics, and campaign participation.
