Why Can't I See the Admin Area?

You are looking for the admin area in AutoLetter but cannot find it in your dashboard? This is due to your user role. The admin area is only visible to users with the "Admin" role.
AutoLetter uses a role-based access model with two roles:
The Admin role provides full access to all features:
The User role provides restricted access:
The role is set during account creation or when inviting a new user. You cannot change your own role.
You can view your current role in your profile:
If you need the admin area but only have the User role, here are your options:
Only assign the Admin role to trusted individuals. Admins have full access to all data, settings, and billing of your workspace.
