Many merchants sell through multiple channels -- for example, their own Shopify store, a marketplace via Billbee, and additional data sources via CSV or API. AutoLetter fully supports this: You can create any number of integrations, even of the same type, and flexibly use the data in your campaigns.
You are not limited to one integration per type. Some examples:
Give your integrations descriptive names, e.g., "Shopify US", "Shopify UK", "Billbee Amazon", or "CSV Trade Show Contacts". This way, you can keep track even with many integrations.
When creating a campaign, you can choose which integrations serve as data sources. You can:
This way, you can reach customers from different sales channels with a single letter campaign.
Each integration shows its own statistics:
At a glance, you can see how many records each data source delivers and whether all integrations are functioning properly.
Use a consistent naming convention for your integrations. For example:
[Type] [Shop/Channel] -- "Shopify Main Store", "Billbee Amazon"[Type] [Region] -- "Shopify US", "Shopify UK", "Shopify DE"[Type] [Brand] -- "Billbee Brand A", "Billbee Brand B"If you plan different campaign types (e.g., new customer welcome, cart abandoners, existing customers), it can be helpful to organize your data sources accordingly to ensure clear attribution.
There is no limit to the number of integrations you can create. Use as many as needed to cover all your data sources.
