The dashboard is your central hub in AutoLetter. Here you can see at a glance how your campaigns are performing, how much budget has been spent, and what actions are pending. This article introduces you to the key areas of the dashboard.
The dashboard is divided into several cards. Each card gives you a compact view of the most important information on a specific topic.
In the upper area of the dashboard, you'll find eight KPI cards that show your campaign performance:
Each KPI card shows a trend indicator alongside the current value, telling you whether the value has improved or declined compared to the previous period.
Use the time filter above the KPI cards to compare different time periods -- e.g., the last 7 days, 30 days, or a custom date range.
The budget card gives you an overview of your spending and projected development:
The card uses a traffic light system (green, yellow, red) so you can immediately see whether your budget is on track or whether action is needed.
The conversion funnel visually shows you the four stages of your direct mail marketing:
Between the stages, you can see the respective drop-off rate -- the percentage of customers lost from one stage to the next. This helps you identify weak points in your campaign.
Shows your saved sender addresses at a glance. From here, you can directly create new addresses or edit existing ones. Every campaign requires a sender address -- without one, no letters can be sent.
Gives you an overview of your connected data sources (Billbee, Shopify, etc.). You can see the status of each integration -- whether the connection is active, when the last data import occurred, and whether there are any errors.
The dashboard includes buttons for the most common actions so you don't have to navigate through menus:
The dashboard updates automatically and always shows you the latest data. If you need more detailed analytics, you'll find them in the respective subsections (e.g., campaign statistics).
In the lower area of the dashboard, you'll find a status grid with additional metrics. Important system states are displayed here, such as:
If there's a warning, it's highlighted in color and includes a direct link to the solution.
