If you use multiple workspaces in AutoLetter, you can switch between them at any time. Switching is done directly through the platform header and takes just a few clicks. In this article, you will learn how to switch workspaces and what to keep in mind.
Click the workspace dropdown in the header (top navigation bar). It displays the name of your currently active workspace.
In the dropdown, you will see a list of all workspaces you have access to. Click on the desired workspace to switch to it.
After switching, you are in the selected workspace. All displayed data -- campaigns, customers, templates, payments -- now belongs to this workspace. The workspace ID is stored in your browser session so that you will automatically land in this workspace the next time you visit.
The workspace switch happens instantly. You do not need to save or confirm anything -- one click is all it takes, and you are in the new workspace.
When you switch workspaces, all displayed data changes, as each workspace is a completely independent environment:
| Area | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Campaigns | You only see the campaigns of the active workspace |
| Templates | Templates from other workspaces are not available |
| Customers | Customer data belongs to the respective workspace |
| Integrations | Each workspace has its own integration connections |
| Sender Addresses | Sender addresses are workspace-specific |
| Payments | Invoices and payment methods apply per workspace |
Data cannot be copied or moved between workspaces. If you need a template or customer list in another workspace, you must create or import it there anew.
